Below we inform you about the nature and scope of the processing of your personal data by LANGENBACH AG.

1. Use and Purpose

When using our website, data which could possibly enable identification will be stored temporarily for data security purposes.

The information which your browser provides us with will be automatically collected and saved in the Standard Server Log Files. These are: Browser type/version, operating system used, host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and the time of the server enquiry. This information cannot be traced by us to specific individuals and none of this data will be merged with other data sources.

Further data is only gathered if you provide these details willingly, e.g. via the contact form. This data will only be used to answer your enquiry.

Note: E-Mails are received by us without encryption techniques. The information contained herein can therefore potentially be seen by third parties during transmission. Therefore, no information which could impact on data protection issues should be transmitted by email.

2. Data processing during registration

It is possible to register as a customer. A password-protected customer account is created. What type of data this is, results from the input mask, which is filled in at registration. These data are used exclusively for internal permanent storage of your personal data in a password-protected customer account. The IP address, the date and the time of registration are stored.  The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

3. Data processing during the ordering process

The data processing in the context of orders serves to be able to process all processes within the order. The legal basis for this is Art. 6  Paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR. Which data are involved is shown in the input mask that you fill in when ordering.  The following data processing is required to process the purchase contract: Your e-mail address will be used to provide electronic communication about your order and its processing. The legal basis for this processing is set out in Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
